Excellent Kart is a digital storefront. Every item in the catalogue is a digital product delivered electronically — we do not sell physical goods, and we do not promise anything we cannot deliver.

Checkout runs through Cashfree Payments. Card, UPI, net banking and wallet details are entered with the payment provider — never stored on our servers.

Once the payment is verified on our server, access is enabled immediately after payment is confirmed, and in any case within 24 hours, and the confirmation goes to your purchase email.

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We never see or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN, and an order is only marked paid after the payment is verified on our server.

Your order confirmation carries an order number you can look up any time on the Order Status page, along with the current payment and delivery state.

Because digital products are delivered immediately, a cancellation is normally only possible before delivery or access has started.
After delivery, we look at refunds where a payment was taken but delivery failed, where you were charged twice, or where the product is materially different from its description. The full rules — including the situations where a refund is not available - are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Nothing in it removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
